PROMOGRAN^® is sterile, freeze-dried composite of 55% collagen and 45% oxidized regenerated cellulose (ORC).  In the presence of drainage or when activated with saline, Promogran transforms into a soft, conformable, biodegradable gel allowing contact with all areas of the site.  This product by Systagenix is designed to promote an optimal healing environment.
